Professional services

Beyond training programs, CogniVertex delivers hands-on services that accelerate platform adoption—from discovery workshops through integration engineering and managed operations.

Onboarding workshop with stakeholders mapping cognitive AI workflows

Discovery & onboarding

We facilitate structured workshops with your stakeholders to map high-value workflows, assess data readiness, and define success criteria for pilot deployments. Deliverables include a prioritised backlog, architecture sketch, and governance checklist aligned with PIPEDA requirements.

Integration engineering team connecting enterprise systems to the CogniVertex platform

Integration engineering

Our engineers build connectors, custom APIs, and event-driven pipelines that link the CogniVertex platform to your CRM, ERP, document management, and ticketing systems. We follow your change-management process and document every integration for internal handoff.

Platform operations

Optional managed operations cover monitoring, incident response, model-version upgrades, and quarterly evaluation reports. Your team retains ownership of data and configurations; we provide operational expertise on a subscription basis.

Privacy & compliance advisory

Privacy officers receive guidance on consent flows, data minimisation, cross-border transfer assessments, and audit documentation. We collaborate with your legal counsel—we do not provide legal advice, but we translate technical architecture into privacy-impact language.

Engagement model

CogniVertex services are scoped as fixed-price statements of work or time-and-materials engagements with weekly status reporting. We are not a marketing agency and do not outsource deliverables to unnamed third parties—every engineer assigned to your project is a CogniVertex employee or contracted specialist bound by confidentiality agreements.

Typical engagement phases:

  1. Assess — Two-week discovery producing a written readiness report and recommended program tier.
  2. Build — Four to twelve weeks of integration and workflow development with iterative demos.
  3. Operate — Optional ongoing support with defined SLAs for uptime and response times.
  4. Transfer — Knowledge transfer sessions, runbooks, and administrator training before handoff.

Service statements of work include named CogniVertex engineers, milestone deliverables, and acceptance criteria reviewed jointly with your project sponsor. We provide weekly written status updates and maintain a shared issue tracker for transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.

We do not guarantee specific ROI, cost reduction, or productivity gains. Outcomes depend on organisational factors outside our control. We commit to transparent progress reporting and engineering quality throughout every engagement.
